Group Executive Chef
Meet Max, the head of our kitchens and our team of chefs. His passion for food and creativity with our dishes truly embodies the Poms food philosophy. He studied at UCB (The Birmingham College of Food) and enjoys playing badminton, football, and spending time with his girlfriend and the rest of his family.
Head of Finance
Terran joined Poms in 2023 from Bear Coffee to support the growth and development of Poms as well as finance, working alongside our accountant, Lisa. Terran is an outdoor-loving family man with a huge passion for coffee and bringing success in his role.
People & Development Manager
Mother Hen and an all-around people person, Helen can be found working with our partners and teams in our various locations, training and developing them in their roles. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
