Our Communities

In the community, Poms supports local businesses through events, provides work experience for students, and contributes to charities and schools. We have donated equipment, hosted charity events, and worked with local schools to offer work experience.

Helping the community

We partnered with a local school to help students with their work experience. We supported Thomas Russell in Barton Under Needwood by donating 500 scones, clotted cream, and jam for their PTA event. We also provided additional training equipment for Barton Rovers Under 7’s and donated new cooking equipment to support Whittington Guides. Over the years, we have hosted charity cake events and donated water for the Lichfield 10k.

Our communities are important to us they support us, so we feel it's important to support them.

We do this in many ways from supporting the schools that our partner's children attend to local sports teams with new equipment. We also allow our team a free day a year to give back to our comminates where they can do charity work of their choice for a day and be paid their days pay from us for doing it. Not only that, we support young people with work experience to give them an insight into hospitality.
